shortage of young people in care, skill shortages in nursing, nursing shortage, the state descriptions in many publications are alarming. The work of the nurses that I met there asked me from the greatest respect. She is physically and mentally very challenging and should be valued much more by society than is generally the case. I could still see a consistent and friendly faces, sometimes almost serene atmosphere is admirable. For nurses, it is necessary for it to keep always the balance between the necessary Empathy and professional distance that they need so as not to overwhelm yourself constantly.

All these services are provided in an environment that is characterized by a great deal of organizational and bureaucratic burden and increasing lack of personnel.
